Job Description
En Route Technologies Pakistan is seeking a customer-oriented and experienced Technical Support & Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years in a similar role, a robust IT background, and a deep understanding of software products along with exceptional client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support for software-related inquiries.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
