Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputable telecom company, is in search of a committed Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a positive and professional demeanor while addressing customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls with a courteous approach.
- Provide accurate information to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Process orders, confirm details, and manage payment transactions.
- Update and maintain customer account information as needed.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service.
Location: Islamabad (mandatory).
