Job Description

Mustafa Developers is currently seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Assistant to support daily human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating office activities, and preparing documentation using MS Office. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably in the Beverage industry), and proficiency in MS Office. We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented individuals with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
