Job Description
AA Printers is actively seeking a proficient Help Desk Support Representative to strengthen our customer service team. The successful candidate will excel in providing outstanding support to our clients via phone and email, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints through phone and email communication.
- Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with customers.
- Troubleshoot product-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
Qualifications:
- Male candidates only.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Preferred: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support.
