Job Description
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a talented HR Executive (Operations) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of key HR functions including attendance management, payroll coordination, employee record administration, and compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee data and HRIS systems.
- Oversee attendance and overtime records.
- Facilitate the onboarding process.
- Coordinate payroll processing on a monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
