Job Description
TMG Ventures is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager at our Miniso Retail location in Karachi. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Your primary duties will include managing staffing and inventory, recruiting and training an effective retail team, and implementing company policies to achieve operational excellence. Additionally, you will analyze sales data to develop strategic initiatives and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
