Job Description
Simcoe IT is seeking a dedicated Client Success Associate to join our team. This full-time, on-site position requires working from 6 PM to 3 AM. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client success or account management, preferably with clients from the US, Australia, or Canada.
Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is essential.
Key responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining robust client relationships, conducting regular check-ins, and providing training on our tools.
