Job Type: Full-time

Salary: PKR 45,00 – 50,00/month + Uncapped Incentives, with top performers earning over PKR 100,00/month.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off. Shift options include 6 PM – 2 AM, 8 PM – 4 AM, or 10 PM – 6 AM PKT.

Key Responsibilities

• Address inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
• Ensure accurate CRM record maintenance.
• Meet established service quality standards and SLAs.
• Achieve individual performance targets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (C1/C2 level).
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM.
• Availability for night shifts (Monday to Saturday).
