Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Human Resources department in Hattar Taxila. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating daily HR functions and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage attendance and payroll activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and address HR-related issues.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
Salary Range: Rs45,00 – Rs50,00 per month.
