Job Description
Link HR Consultants is currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic nurse to deliver essential home nursing services to a patient. This position requires either full-time or part-time commitment, ensuring the patient receives both medical and personal support with the utmost respect and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily nursing care and companionship
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Administer prescribed medications
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
- Facilitate feeding and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Communicate effectively with family regarding patient care
- Record all care provided
Qualifications: A Certified Nursing Diploma, 1–2 years of experience, and the ability to work independently and reliably.
