Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PST) | Night (On-site)
Location: Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate agent calls for quality assurance and compliance.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching based on call assessments.
- Ensure calls adhere to internal benchmarks and regulations.
