Job Description
Mclean Intelligent Workforce is looking for a motivated and dynamic Team Lead to join our Business Development department. In this pivotal role, you will guide, mentor, and inspire a team of inside sales representatives. Your primary responsibilities will encompass developing strategic sales plans, monitoring team performance, enhancing sales tactics, and recruiting new team members.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing, coupled with over 4 years of inside sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. A proven history of achieving sales targets and outstanding leadership capabilities are crucial for success in this position.
We offer a competitive salary of up to Rs130,00.00 per month, along with performance-based bonuses, health benefits, and opportunities for professional advancement.
