Position: Customer Support & Chat Support Officer
Salary: PKR 35,00 – 40,00/month
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional support across multiple platforms, manage the order lifecycle, and effectively convert chats into sales.
Requirements: Proficiency in English and Urdu communication, strong customer engagement skills, and a good understanding of e-commerce platforms.
