Expert BOS is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Training Manager to join our team. This role will focus on the design, implementation, and evaluation of employee training programs. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking skills and a commitment to continuous learning, ensuring training efforts align with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities: Assess training needs, create comprehensive training plans, deliver engaging training sessions, monitor training effectiveness, and partner with departmental leaders to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements: Demonstrated experience in a training leadership position, strong interpersonal abilities, familiarity with instructional design principles, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
