Aridian Technologies is seeking an HR & Admin professional to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will enhance our HR and administrative operations, ensuring seamless workflows and promoting a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment, maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding processes, and executing daily administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 3-4 years of relevant experience. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience within tech-oriented organizations is highly desirable.

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
