Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Key Account Executive to manage daily operations related to Customer Relationship Management. This role includes overseeing order processing, coordinating shipping, tracking inventory, and handling returns across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional attention to detail and maintain effective communication with customers and courier services, while also updating internal reporting systems regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage orders from various sales platforms.
- Create and print shipping labels via courier portals.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide updates as necessary.
- Address delivery issues by contacting customers directly.
- Submit online claims for any shipping discrepancies.
