Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Executive (Premium).
Your key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries.
- Providing online support for services.
- Following up on issues pending over 48 hours.
- Creating and closing Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintaining records of faults for various regions.
- Executing special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; 1 year of UK call center experience preferred. Salary: Rs45,00 to Rs60,00/month plus incentives.
