Job Description
The Assistant Manager for Credit Recovery at The-Hiring will oversee the management of overdue accounts while implementing strategies aimed at reducing bad debts. Key responsibilities include monitoring delinquent accounts, negotiating payment terms, and working closely with the legal team on escalated issues.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and 3 to 5 years of experience in credit recovery. Candidates must possess strong negotiation skills and be proficient in ERP systems. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs100,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
