A leading company in the Telecom Industry is searching for a committed Customer Care Executive (Premium) to be based in Karachi.
Designation: Customer Care Executive (Premium)
Location: DHA Phase 7, Karachi
Salary: Rs 45,00 + Rs 15,00 KPI Incentive
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate response to customer inquiries.
- Deliver personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Gauge customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree
- Exceptional proficiency in English
- At least 1 year of experience in an English-speaking call center
