Job Description
Ericsson is looking for a skilled and committed Support Engineer to deliver data-driven solutions for customer-reported issues. In this important role, you will identify, isolate, and resolve network faults, ensuring stability while adhering to Service Level Agreements. As you progress, you’ll engage with increasingly complex operational and technical challenges for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations and resolve customer issues.
- Participate in on-site activities and emergency fault resolution.
- Manage significant operational challenges and customer contracts.
- Act as a security expert and primary contact for clients.
Preferred Skills: Customer Problem Management, Negotiation, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, among others.
