Emirates Talent Solution is in search of a strategic HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will possess 7 to 10 years of experience in HR, particularly within recruitment or service sectors.
Key Responsibilities: This role entails managing recruitment processes, overseeing onboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering workforce development. Additionally, the HR Manager will ensure adherence to legal regulations while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Requirements: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, a solid understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is required.
Salary: Starting from Rs150,00.00 per month.
