We are on the lookout for a Customer Experience Officer to enhance our support for stores and ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will possess 0-2 years of experience in customer service (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply), have at least a high school diploma, and demonstrate strong communication skills in Urdu.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries and resolving any complaints effectively.
