Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Officer who will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily dispatch activities. This role includes supervising loading and unloading processes to ensure goods are handled correctly and maintaining accurate dispatch records and documentation.
You will work closely with transport companies, verify shipment quantities, and ensure compliance with all safety protocols. Additionally, you will prepare daily dispatch reports and manage urgent requirements efficiently while maintaining an organized dispatch area.
