Job Description
Ericsson is seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Engineer to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will involve identifying, isolating, and resolving faults to maintain network stability.
Your key duties will include leading investigations, participating in on-site activities, assisting with emergency resolutions, managing customer contracts, and acting as a subject matter expert in security. We are looking for candidates with strong problem management, negotiation, and collaboration skills, along with expertise in data analysis and machine learning.
