Job Description

Shahnawaz Pvt Limited is seeking an HR Associate to enhance employee engagement and retention within our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing job descriptions, overseeing employee assignments, managing task reassignments, and developing engagement programs. Additionally, you will monitor feedback from exit interviews and establish key performance indicators related to talent retention.

We welcome candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.

The starting salary for this role is Rs60,00.00 per month, accompanied by additional benefits.
