Job Description
M I Enterprises is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of HR Officer. This full-time role is based in Faisalabad and is exclusively open to male candidates residing in the area.
The ideal applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. Key responsibilities include payroll management, grievance handling, SOP creation, and job description writing.
Proficiency in In Page, ERP, and advanced Excel formulas is required, along with essential skills in HR practices, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, professionalism, and adaptability.
