Job Description
Mars BPO is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Self Closer. As a Self Closer, you will handle outbound calls with the primary goal of successfully closing sales and addressing customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Persuasive sales closing.
2. Customer engagement and rapport building.
3. Up-to-date product knowledge.
4. Documenting customer interactions.
5. Meeting sales targets.
6. Addressing customer concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
*Night shift required.
