Job Description
Join HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) and play a pivotal role in driving organizational success. You will partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals, lead workforce planning, and manage talent. Responsibilities include acting as a consultant on employee relations, implementing engagement strategies, and supporting diverse initiatives for employee well-being.
To thrive in this role, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least 3 years of experience in HRBP. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs85,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month.
