Job Description
Horyzon Zero Service is looking for an International Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary contact for our customers through phone, email, or chat. In this role, you will take orders, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues while providing outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills and a genuine passion for assisting others.
- Minimum O Level/A Level or Intermediate qualification.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
