Job Description
Join our team at Walkeaze Pakistan as a Retail Assistant Manager! You will assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations, implement customer attraction strategies, and coordinate customer service operations such as sales processes, orders, and payments.
Your role will involve supervising and motivating staff, monitoring retail costs and inventory, evaluating employee performance, and providing coaching. Additionally, you’ll analyze retail data and assist with shop closing activities.
Minimum requirements include being aged 25-35, having an intermediate or bachelor’s degree, and possessing at least 1 year of relevant experience. This is a full-time position.
