Job Description

Location: Karachi Airport

Shift Timings: Rotational (Shifts A, B, C)

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations for all shifts.
• Manage employee attendance and enforce disciplinary measures.
• Act as the primary contact for HR inquiries.
• Maintain HR records by shift and ensure adherence to policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in HR.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.

Salary: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month
