Job Description

Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is actively seeking dynamic Customer Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. In this role, you will connect with customers to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions, ultimately driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. We welcome applications from both Male and Female candidates for our in-house campaign.

As a Customer Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, effectively presenting our products and services, and successfully closing sales. This position is for the Night Shift (International Campaign only).

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English
• A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset
