Zdigitizing LLC, a leading provider of embroidery digitizing and vector art services, is seeking a committed Customer Service Representative with call-handling experience. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain detailed CRM logs. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a call center environment, possess excellent verbal communication skills, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
Compensation: PKR 40,00 – 70,00 per month, with opportunities for growth.
