Job Description
Sourcecode Software House is looking for a committed Customer Support Executive to enhance our customer service team. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding support and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Responsibilities include:
- Addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Documenting and tracking all customer interactions.
