Job Description
Tadbir Academy is on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. In this role, you will engage with parents to foster meaningful connections and facilitate the smooth scheduling of trial classes with our educators. Your responsibilities will include identifying sales opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with families, and effectively managing trial class calendars.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related educational roles.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for education, especially in K–8 math learning.
