Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a Production Supervisor to join one of our esteemed clients in Karachi. The ideal candidate will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and optimizing workflow while leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production staff to meet and exceed targets.
- Implement safety protocols and uphold quality control measures.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Evaluate production data to drive continuous improvement.
- Resolve operational and personnel issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, 12-14 years of formal education, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Compensation: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
