We are on the lookout for a Female Operations Manager to enhance our salon’s operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring our commitment to exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee salon operations and coordinate staff activities.
- Drive exceptional client service and satisfaction levels.
- Provide training and support for salon personnel.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations reporting.
- Professionally respond to client inquiries.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree plus 3-4 years of relevant experience is required. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to perform under pressure.
Location: M M Alam Road | Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
