Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.).
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or a front desk role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
