Job Description
ASK Development Limited is currently seeking motivated candidates to join our team as Banking Helpline Agents for a leading telecom company. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries with a positive demeanor, efficiently resolving issues, and managing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process orders and maintain accurate account information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 (including performance-based incentives)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience in the banking sector.
- Must be located in Lahore (in-person role).
