Job Description

Position Title: Finance Executive

Location: Islamabad

Department: Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in revenue calculation and Management Information Systems

(MIS). This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

 Revenue Calculation:

o Prepare, analyze, and report on revenue forecasts and actuals.

o Monitor revenue trends and variances, providing insights to improve performance.

o Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align revenue strategies.

 Management Information Systems (MIS):

o Develop and maintain MIS reports to support financial analysis and business decision-

making.

o Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting systems.

o Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports for senior management.

 Financial Analysis:

o Conduct financial analysis to assess the company’s performance and identify areas for

improvement.

o Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

 Compliance and Reporting:

o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external

stakeholders.

 Collaboration:

o Work closely with other departments to facilitate communication and support financial

objectives.

o Provide training and support to staff on financial systems and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant

certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.

 Proven 3 years and above experience in finance, with a focus on revenue calculation and MIS.

 Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, ERP systems).

 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

 Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
