Job Description
Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is on the lookout for a dedicated HR Intern to support our administrative team with payroll and personnel file management. This role offers an opportunity to enhance our filing and storage systems while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update internal databases with employee information.
- Collect payroll data, including leave and working hours.
- Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Post and manage job advertisements across various platforms.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Qualifications: Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Skills: Exceptional communication, analytical capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
