Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team in Islamabad. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,00 to 50,00 per month. As an HR Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating interviews, and maintaining employee records and HR databases. You will assist with payroll and attendance management, address employee inquiries, and draft HR-related documentation such as letters, memos, and reports, while ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of an I.Com degree or its equivalent, exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a basic understanding of HR functions. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines are essential.
