Job Description
AGILE HR CONSULTING is seeking to hire an Assistant Sales Manager (ASM Retail) for its client, a prominent footwear company. This role requires 5 to 7 years of experience in retail sales management within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets
- Ensuring inventory accuracy
- Conducting store visits and inspections
- Maintaining operational standards
- Coordinating retail operations
- Providing staff training
- Gathering competition feedback
Gross Salary: Rs90,00 – Rs100,00 with benefits.
