Job Description
Sehar Foods is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve set targets, building and nurturing relationships with key clients, and leading sales teams to optimize performance. Additionally, the candidate will conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications include a minimum of 15 years of sales experience, particularly in the FMCG or food sectors, with at least 8 years in the oil ghee industry. Strong communication skills are essential.
We offer a competitive salary package, car and fuel allowances, and a quota for oil/ghee. This is a full-time position based in-person, with a salary range of Rs10,00.00 to Rs130,00.00 per month.
