Job Description
Resource Service Group (RSG) is seeking dedicated individuals for our inbound customer service department. We are located at 21A, Block Q Gulberg 2, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
Key Qualifications:
- Basic to strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Able to work night shifts and overtime if required.
Responsibilities include resolving customer complaints via phone, email, live chat, or social media, and assisting with orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Salary: Rs55,00.00 – Rs85,00.00 per month
