Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is looking for a skilled Senior HR Executive to enhance our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, maintaining CV databases, and ensuring effective onboarding procedures. Key duties include drafting essential documents such as offer letters and overseeing employee evaluations and settlements.
The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and have a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in HR reporting tools are essential for this role.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary between Rs80,00.00 to Rs110,00.00 per month, along with medical insurance, performance bonuses, and additional benefits. Shift hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
