Job Description

Fission Tech is seeking an HR Trainee for a 6-month performance-based program that has the potential to transition into a full-time position. This role, based in our Clifton Zamzama office in Karachi, involves supporting essential HR functions, including onboarding processes, updates to our HRIS, and employee engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to acquire practical experience in human resources.

Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding, support attendance tracking, and facilitate HR communications.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is required.
