Abacus Consulting—BPO is on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Team Lead for Jazz Cash in Islamabad. This position demands exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities to ensure operational excellence and foster team engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee team operations, inspire staff, assign tasks, facilitate meetings, mediate conflicts, devise social media strategies, and assess campaign performance.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, a minimum of 2 years in Social Media Management, superior communication skills, prior Team Lead experience in a BPO setting, and a solid proficiency in relevant tools.
