Wolfiz Solutions Pvt, Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer with a background in the IT industry to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive HR operations, including recruitment, employee records management, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and employee engagement strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining employee records, facilitating recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, managing payroll data, and coordinating initiatives to foster employee engagement.
The ideal candidate should possess over one year of HR experience within the IT sector, familiarity with HRIS, and proficiency in both Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
