Job Description
Location: Faisalabad (Office-Based)
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: 50,00 – 80,00 PKR
We are currently looking for a skilled HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, foster employee relations, ensure compliance, and enhance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
- Design and execute effective HR policies.
- Manage payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
- Address and resolve employee conflicts and concerns.
- Direct performance management and training initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration; exceptional communication and leadership capabilities are essential.
